What are the access hours?
When you store with us, you always have access to your unit, 24/7.
Am I required to store long-term?
You are more than welcome to store your items long term, however, this is not a requirement. We offer month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Simply pay your bill online using a debit or credit card, or call and speak with a team member to set up autopay, or pay by phone.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month.
What documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?
You will need a form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items are not allowed in my unit?
For the health and safety of you and all our customers and staff, you may not store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What type of units do you offer?
We offer temperature-controlled self storage units and drive up units. Choose from your preference from one of three levels.
